Pricing questions
Hardware provisioning is handled directly with our team. We ship and configure OBD units before your account goes live. Pricing for hardware is discussed during onboarding and depends on fleet size and vehicle types.
Yes. Additional vehicles are billed at your current tier's per-vehicle rate, prorated to your billing cycle. If adding vehicles moves you to a higher tier, your whole fleet automatically migrates to the lower rate.
We accept payment in USD and EGP. For EGP billing, prices are converted at the prevailing rate at subscription start and held for the contract duration. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
Monthly plans have no minimum term and can be cancelled anytime before the next billing date. Annual plans are 12 months. Early-access participants have terms set at the start of their program.
You can export your full telemetry history as CSV before cancellation. Data is retained for 30 days after your subscription ends in case you need a final export, then permanently deleted.
